Before you write a line of code for your new AI product, I'd recommend thinking through how you'll be selling it - by working through a positioning exercise.
This may seem a bit back to front - but by thinking about your user's world and the value they will want to receive from your new AI product you will be better able to define and prioritise the features you build.
