ATTENTION!!!! I hope your reading this Ryan. I never comment on videos but I felt the need to on this one. I think you should have backfilled the camera trenches with sand around the cable, 2"-3" around the cable. You may get faults over time due to rocks heaving. That being said, I am a retired Lineman and really enjoy your videos. I miss the days of working with the crews and watching you and the men brings back the good ole Days. God Bless you and you Family. Chuck

The best thing is to run every single cable in plastic or metal pipes. In Sweden we run most of things in pipes. You put the pipes in the wall or the ground, finish the house/concrete etc and then run the wire. That way if you need to rewire anything it will be done quick and easy. But i agree with you on sand, we use sand or small stone over cables and high voltage will have a yellow warning tape like caution tape like 10-20 cm over the cable so you have some chance to se that before you destroy the cable :)

We set them flags a good bit in commercial/industrial work. Just make sure you use the correct sand around the pole in the base footing tube so it holds up. Wood blocks cut in angles to level it til then sand goes in. U can leave the blocks til the sand is all the way up. I’ve seen some leave them permanently but I always pull them and pack the sand really tight. We just use a 10k forklift/laul to set it. I know the price of that flag pole setup and it’s def not cheap. Proud of how far you have come and you absolutely deserve the success surrounding you. Have a great day
@jameswilliams73452 күн бұрын
Hardest part imo is setting the base tube and not letting it move when u pour the concrete around it. We dowel rebar in the ground and tie it around the base all the way up in hopes it doesn’t move. U wanna float the plate off the ground atleast 6 inches to have concrete fully around the base plate of the metal base tube To truly lock it from settling.

Ryan, the foil in CAT6 is merely their to help block EMF from transmitting and interfering with the cable data. Don't be too stressed about not 'using the foil', it's mostly never used at plug terminations. The only concern is EMF interference, and at the plug the likelihood of that is extremely low. However, if you decided to dig that CAT6 into the same trench as the 3 phase supply coming into the building, that might be a different story.

Ryan. Get some air lines in walls before drywall. And then connectors on the walls. Very helpful

That’s why Erik was sick. He was diagnosed with asthma, given 3 different inhalers and was coughing up blood. All it got him was fired

@@lesleebrown6079 Eric milked his illness because he knew he was still going to be paid. Once Ryan cut that off he had to find another way out. He doesn't have any jobs and is working with another contractor right now. Eric will never succeed on his own and will be begging Ryan for his job back.

Hood morning from Pittsburgh Pa. I love listening to you and your crew at work. I'm running out of videos to listen too. Love your channel. You guys are so entertaining. Happy Holidays and keep these videos coming. 😊

I'm no expert but would it be a good idea to caulk around the camera supports on the outside of the building to keep moisture out? If that was my building I probably would put a bead on it anyway.

Maybe don't joke around with kids by telling them to do violent things. There is simply no justification for that.

Ryan, build a pallet skid basket for the Lull forklift to boom you over the curb to mount your camera!

I was going to suggest that as well. Good comment.

To the parents who told Ryan not to tell their kids to do violent things. I get it, however, you should teach your kids not to do violent things REGARDLESS of what someone tells them to do.
