Building Your Drumming Endurance

Here is a video to help drummers build their endurance. This is not the only method to increase your ability to play for a longer period of time. However I believe that anyone who puts these exercises into practice will benefit from using them. If you get tired half way through your favorite songs, I hope these ideas will help you overcome those challenges.
