People who don't understand the business model on which the Eko Atlantic project is based are here to tell the owners of the project, the experts, how they should "do something quick about this development ...even borrow money from Blackrock...and pay back in the future" just because they seem to believe 'their own' project completion timeline is more valid than the project completion timeline of the owners of the Eko Atlantic project. Isn't it interesting how the most ignorant are usually the loudest amongst us. At this rate, the ordinary trader selling on the streets of Lagos might wake up someday and feel like advising NASA, Boeing, and Airbus on how to do space research, space exploration and build jet engines.

In Asia middle economy countries like Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei can only build this within 5 to 8 years to be completed. Believe me or not try to visit those countries they have so many new modern central business district with tall skyscrapers. 😆

I repeat pls don't waste that land. That land realestate will be in demand in a few years for glass skyscrapers. Nigeria will change in the 2030s. The future is bright. Don't rush and don't be desperate. Note 2030s is the Nigerian real estate decade

Nigerians always have something to say even when they have little knowledge of what they are saying. Thats why we criticise our govt, but when we get to position of power we have little to contribute. Some are advising a private project owners how to go about their business

Why didn't you buy land there and start building immediately . Elon Atlantic lands belong to private individuals. You have no right to shame anyone about the developments in that place. Land owners in EAC will build when they are ready.

Very slow progress and so many property lands are being wasted by build those houses and churches. This land is meant for skyscrapers as we saw the original concept design since the beginning of this project but everything now is only a dreams and never ever gonna happen. 😐😑

Please, Eko Atlantic City, do something quick about this development for goodness sake. I believe you can do it and get all the modern buildings done in time. You can even borrow money from Blackrock to do that and pay back in the future. This place is supposed to be better than Sandton in South Africa when completed. Please...

@@youme1414 Its not done anywhere, everything is base on demand and supply, I just bout a home in a new division where i am and you have yo be approved first even before they start building which means the bank has to approve the fund first and you qualify for the payment meaning you make enough morning. What you are suggesting is stupid because Nigeria dont run such a system and those homes in eko atlantic and strictly for the rich and mainly cash meaning over 90 percent of the population cannot afford it even with a mortgage. You need to stop pairing Nigerias economy with more advanced economies like the west where their PPP is 20 times greater.

Still no vision all project list are short, cheap, bad design, and not a world class anymore why did you still considering those villas and churches as massive projects? Even in third world countries in Asia like Phnom Penh Cambodia is way more developed and has more tall buildings with over 60+ floors and they don't list these kind of cheap projects.
