Buildings in TrainStation 2, 2023 Edition!

Next to trains, buildings in TrainStation 2 are the most important element of the mobile game. They determine your population, which determines how much "stuff" you can store in your warehouse. Buildings were radically changed in October 2022 with a game update, and this video explains how they work now.

I’m glad my videos have been helpful. I will see what I can do about upgrade parts. It gets harder to upgrade everything as you go. Most of my Canadian trains aren’t fully upgraded.

When will I get more land available? I thought it was level 135 that I'd get more space, but I just reached 135 and still nothing...

According to this level 135 was the level. You have to buy the space before you can drop a building on it. trainstation-2-players-guide.fandom.com/wiki/Your_Station

Not that I have noticed! I prefer not to do side jobs anyway as they consume too much XP and push you to the next region too quickly.

Should we upgrade all buildings or we should upgrade better buildings, because I have more buildings than I have the space to place them. So I'm wondering if upgrading some low level buildings will just go to waste later on as they'll end up staying in the inventory only. What do you suggest, I'm newbie(level30) player.

Upgrade the better ones for sure.

All buildings are the same type now (they have the same max. population value), upgrade the ones you *really* want to place in your city
