@@OySonjoy no, i don't have subscription, my friend know the owner he told me that it's 65 cr (With land but now i think value of house is gone up). Material use in house is not that expensive but land is very expensive in Koregaon park.

The material combination and transition is exquisite. Loved the toned down, low-key color palette. The sunken seating surrounded by water body, the cozy garage, the retention of palm tree at the pool and the bold double heighted jhula in the living area are some of the most beautiful and well thought buildup of this project. Arguably one of the best (subjectively) residential project so far uploaded by buildofy.

We believe in display of wealth when the people at the position can make a statement by using local materials, sustainable housing. But those type of houses are very few, like rammed earth house in Surat, the house that rains light etc. You are merely the medium you cant create content from thin air.
