Looks really nice, fun, and seems to have a lot of room for changes too (I'm more of a glass cannon so would definitely drop some survivability for more dmg). The only thing that pushes me back is the Staff. Although I usually craft most of my own stuff, I've never crafted on a weapon, so I'm afraid I'll mess up even with your clear explanation, but I will see what I can do. Awesome build.

Everytime i see a cool eledmg ocultist that is not cold i have to ask, how would this work going Elementalist, i know you lose profane bloom but would Ele increase the DPS on the build at all?

Yes there are a couple of people that have done elementalist versions and it works well. A lot of them like to go brotherhood rings with heatshiver for cold conversion and more damage.

I love to know if i could just focus on that teleport for deal damage, like 6L it and tendril on 4L

Well the set up I did was a double 6L set up, so you you shouldn't need more than that for damage. If you wanted more lightning warp damage you could try to scale the crit chance with lightning warp as it doesn't have the 'always crits' feature that comes with tendrils and with my version here in the video it only has like 33% crit chance.

what do you mean "aug lightning" ? there is no aug anymore, only harvest reforge or add/remove ... that step has me confused in the staff crafting process.

Hey im kinda new to the game i tried few builds have level 93 and two level 90 charcters but i was wondering lightning warp how does it feel with enough cast apeed does it feel like flame dash or is it still clunky?

Yeah that could be good, usually gated by mana cost though, so you'd need a solution for that if you really want faster lightning warp casts, personally I didn't feel as though they needed to be any faster.

I'm not sure if this is insinuating my perspective of what's budget is skewed or saying that you yourself do not have a lot of currency to spend on builds usually. If it's the latter, anyone with 100c to spend on some scarabs can invest in beast farming white maps and make about 20 div in 3-4 hours.

@@jwar Oh no, I wasn’t trying to insinuate that at all. I think everyone has their own definition of a budget build and it’s very helpful that you specified what yours is. Some content creators don’t, which can lead to confusion. This looks like a fun build, I’m pretty casual but learning more every day!

It's definitely a very complicated game to learn, but can be very chill at the same time when you're just brain-off blasting some monsters. Im respeccing now and wamt to try this build. Hope i can make it work somewhat to play in white maps with the gear i have to get some currency.. Looks fun this build, hope i can follow it correctly, i dont see that well how the gems are linked in the pob but ill figure it out :)

@@jellokhat I would just level arma brand/cremation on a witch and then respec sometime into maps.

Reforge caster on ring seem less cost effective than deafening of zeal essences. At current market value, reforge caster cost 1.8c per try or so... and you have a 1 in 3 to hit t1 cast speed. You may see good suffixes but if it roll t3 cast speed it sucks. So yes, deafening of zeal in small bulk is 3c each. It is better than t1 because the min roll is 15 instead of 13. So your 3c per roll is much better value than the 1.8c that roll 5 to 16% cast speed and even when you hit t1 it could be 13%.
