Full Bottom End Girdle, with studs. Cryo'ed and heat treated connecting rods, Pistons shaved .100 bringing compression down to about 16.5 -17:1. Head Studs. Electric Fuel. Injectors maxed out by Ken at DPS, Injection pump maxed out by Ken at DPS. HX-50 Turbo on a Custom Mount, Custom Log style manifolds. SuperDuty Axles, ZF-6 Transmission.

This is what I consider cool. Taking a engine that has been written off as gutless or a pigs and putting down the numbers to shut there F#?$@%G mouths up. Anybody can read stuff online and order parts to make power. But when your making power with a 6.9 idi thats more than an engine thats a statement, nice truck. Do you have any dyno numbers yet?

@ 17:1, do you have to spray it to start or will it be able to start when it is cold? Did you set the compression close to that or is that just what you ended up with?

How much boost ya runnin? With Compression like that you could probably run over 40 psi.

turbodiesel54 you have to lower compression ratio to have high boost levels

How did you run the electronic fuel system? And did you delete the fuel bowl?
