YOU WON'T READ THIS Just mentioning since I saw some comments, one of the mods sorts gangs into different security clearance shirts, so that's why I just called them based upon their shirt. I just have to point this out the color the shirts means the security level are supposed to be in how you tell them apart from gangs is by the face paint I think I'll just leave this ability bit of information just in case if you want to try this again Blue =low yellow =medium red= High Black =Death Row (game logic not mine) And there are three gangs as well

I actually downloaded a mod that sorts the various gangs into security designations. In other words, the security designations for the purpose of the video weren't security designations, they were actually the mod sorting the gangs into easy to identify colors. Also the mod makes the blue gang go to the gray shirt, so I kinda got those flip flopped around when I was talking about them.

More purge. You should be able to put a barrier around the prison surrounded by guards to make sure they don't escape. I have done something similar. Make a big riot with like 100 prisoners and gone in with like 20 riot gear guards to just clean house. It's like the battle of thermapylae.

Should do again but more prisoners, staff,visitors, definitely more prisoners and guards.( not just regular guards but different types, at least few armed guards to add guns to mix) you should also put down more work stations and objects from different areas for them to use and more of regular schedule with lots of yardtime ( work time free time stuff like that) so they can grab items and better combat
