Yeah - I really like them. They also make a new pair called the S5X, (which is supposedly optimized for Binaural / Spatial Audio). But I haven't had a chance to check them out. For Open-Back's I'm currently using the S4X 1.1's, and the Audio Technica ATH-R70x's.. Cheers, M

Thanks Marcus. I have a question, I can't work out why Apple Spacial Audio with my AirPod Pros works on my MacBook M1 Pro but not on my Mac mini M1 (first generation). Any ideas, it's driving me crazy lol?

Fantastic Marcus. Thank you so much. I have a question: on an Intel machine you should have "basic support" vor Apple Spatial Audio. As you mentioned in second 57. The Binaural Renderer for Apple Music from Audio Movers supports that as well. BUT: in StudioOne I can't select "Apple Music Spatial Audio" on my Intel machine. Do you have any Idea why? Am I doing something wrong here?

First, you need to make sure that you disable the additional Headphone Output (wrench icon on the top right of the Dolby ATMOS Renderer) Then you should see the option under Outputs... If that still doesn't work - then double check to see if you have AU Plug-in format disabled on your system.. Just enable the AU otpion in Studio One's preferences - then you can hide all your AU Plugins using the plug-in manager in Studio One. Let me know if that helps! Cheers, M

I'm really not sure - because I'm still on my 2019 Macbook Pro 16 i9.. But I've heard from colleague's that it's a substantial step up. I do plan on moving over to Apple silicon for my 7.1.4 Mix Room, sometime this year.. Just not exactly sure, when.. Cheers, M

Oh boy...me making Beats over 20 years and mixing since 2007 just can't understand this Spatial Surrounding sound hype. I just don't like how it sounds 😰😰 for movies great...it seems to me like big companies trying to force this into the music industry for people to buy stuff 😅 new technologies 🤭 immersive this and that and ppl paying hundreds to be able to consume music this way... listening to music with two ears isn't the Zeitgeist 😂 sorry Marcus love your videos wachting for years but it's just not for me😮‍💨😔
