It's outta commission rn :( my goal is 100mph...i had a mount built to have the tires trued and balanced, which should help that...but fate had other things in mind.

Impressive. That's crazy fast for a quad! I can tell you know how to ride it too. Just got done watching some dude try riding a quadzilla and the whole time had to hear him bitch that he's not a quad guy, it wasn't his so he has to go easy on it, , blah blah blah I don't think he even got it out of first gear haha so thank you sir, I just wanted to hear this thing scream and see a top speed run. Back in the day we ran 15/40 and 22" tires on out LT500s. Unfortunately, that was before GPS.

Those bikes are fast AF. They can go far faster than that even. As you can tell they'll pull through any gear as if it's not even there.

What do you have for gears in it? 95 mph is insane speed! About 15 mph faster than a Lt500 in its stock form! 🚀🏁

13/37 18" tires. I dont have the clutch adjusted right in the video. I am going to a 14 in the front on the next run and have the tires trued and balanced. 100 is my dream. My stock zilla i used to have would top out at 78. Thats a nice t4! Picked one up finally a couple months ago!

Stock 700 quads can get you to 78 just takes longer to get there . Man a stock 2 stroke KTM sx 150 does same. 250cc 2 strokes low 80s stock form in 250 cc 4 strokes bout 80 stock in KTM exc 200 77-78 stock , 450cc quads 72 to 76 , predator 500cc 74 , raptor 660r 74 to 76 , raptor 700rr 76 to 78, atc 250r 70 -72, banshee 74-78 depends on year in condition stock , Tecate t4 72ish , a atc with esr 310 kit not quite sure top speed but they do fine with zillaz stock

I don't mean to be rude but it sounds like your clutch is slipping. If you want high speed put a 15 tooth front sprocket on it. I had one on mine in the early 90s because all 14 year Olds need a 100 mph zilla

Not rude at all...I think so too. Still haven't gotten the tires trued and balanced yet. I have a 14t front, it was the biggest I could find. Haven't even gotten to ride it this year:(

@@6slayer6sam62 Ya back in the day when I bought my zilla it had old bald tire on it so I had a lot of wheel spin but as soon as I put new tires on it I noticed the clutch was slipping when I had good traction. I just did threw in a plate kit and it was good for for the next three years while I owned it. Awesome machine BTW. I'm envious but happy to see someone with a nice zilla keeping it alive and in good shape. I was obsessed with these machines when I was in high school, still am. Health problems made me loose my toys but one day I'd like to get another one. Thanks for sharing the video

Stock form zillaz are in 80s mph so his had to be somewhat modded or change gearing. He looked like he can keep up with 450cc dirtbikes .

Stock will do 78-80 max. This one has had extensive mods done (i have a vid detailing them). I need to get the tires trued and balanced and go up a tooth on the front, and hit 100 no problem. It'd be a lot easier if i were to run something larger than an 18" rear tire.

@@6slayer6sam62 yes you need 22s . In yes you will hit 100 if you get polished job ,port , bored out in stroke right, reeds, in afew other stuff . I'm sure you did pipe , exhaust, already what else ?

@@6slayer6sam62 a 450 quad in predator 500 with all the correct mods perfect tuNed in running will bored in stroked out change gearing get bigger carb run on race gas will get you mid to late 80s at best which is right up quadzilla alley. The old ktms 200 cc dirtbikes stock does 77 so add afew mods it's right there too . In them things are only afew miles slower then modern stock 250cc 2 stroke dirtbikes . That's why any 250cc 2 stroke will be neck to neck WITH quadzilla. But yours at 94 mph you can keep up with somewhat mods 250cc dirtbikes or stock 450cc

Thank you! Hopefully i can get all the bugs worked out with the brakes and tires and do a redo with different gearing. My goal is 100mph. I did too! I wish i could find the pictures from that bday party so i could be like "this is when it all started" i found a smaller "lil suzuki" that i cleaned up and got a new battery for and it worked! High compression tune and race gas yea it’s normal for the set up
