Bintang Crossing is one the most crowded place in Kuala Lumpur located in the heart of the shopping center district. The place has number of malls sourounding the area including Lot 10, Sungei Wang, Farenheit and Pavillion. We were told that there is an access bridge that links from Pavillion Mall all the way to KLCC park. After we take exit at Bukit Bintang monorail station, we cross the street heading to the Pavillion Mall then walk through the Bukit Bintang Pedestrian Walkway. The pedestrian walkway is the most convenient walkways with covered rooftop and built-in air-conditioned makes walking experience great.Estimated walking distance is around 2km which will usually take for about 15-20 minutes. Recommended and excellent way to get to KLCC.

there are still many people who don't know this air-conditioned pedestrian bridge (walkway) which connects between Bukit Bintang and KLCC. whereas if you like to walk, it is not too far, only about 1.8 km. Includes a tunnel that connects Aquaria to Suria KLCC.

Despite much have been done in K.L regarding walkways, there is still left to be desired , you see that malaysia is not like in U.S where walkways is under Department of Transportation. So in Malaysia the local authority or JKR, DBKL, MBJB(Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru), MBIP(Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri) MPPG MDKT they built motor ways first but not the walkway along side. many a times walkways are the last one to be built, via ad hoc And you see that the Head of Department of LOcal Authority like DBKL, MBPJ, MBSA(Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam), and Ministers, even Minister of Transport himself ANTHONY LOKE and Minister of Local Government NGAR KOR MING dont use MRT LRT much where they have to endure long walk using walkways from home to MASS PUBLIC TRANSPORT MRT LRT ERL halts/stations/nodes etc THE mayor of DBKL, MBPJ, MBSA, etc and Ministers, even Minister of Transport himself ANTHONY LOKE and Minister of Local Government NGAR KOR MING goes to work and back to their home in comfort cold air conditioned car - hardly you see them even once in a month let alone a week - so how can you expect them to realise or experience difficulties of the citizen in K.L -Msia and Malaysia generally; have to going thru the badly built and design of walkways-many of them are not connected with kerb ramps, no drop kerb/ refuge island on road median to pass thru the roadways? Not to mention dangerous high kerb that slow down the passing of pedestrian in the midst of high volume car traffic ways There is is this so call guideline by Ministry of Housing or KPKT(Kementerian Perumahan dan KeraJaan TempaTan) under Minister NGAR KOR MING , GARISPANDUAN REKABENTUK SEJAGAT that mostly emphasized the provision of Disabled Friendly Walkways but I doubt that NGAR KOR MING himself is aware that this Guidelines produced by his MINISTRY exist all these years This guideline jkt.kpkt.gov.my/sites/default/files/2022-02/Pekeliling_KSU_KPKT_Bil._7_Tahun_2011__0.pdf for pedestrian walkways is hardly used by the PBT or Local Government in Malaysia, let alone the Ministry of housing / KPKT or the JKR ( Public Work Deparment) You can dowload the PDF guideline here jkt.kpkt.gov.my/sites/default/files/2022-02/Lampiran_GP_Universal_Design.pdf
