Buko Pandan

Buko Pandan is a popular Filipino dessert made of pandan flavored jelly, shredded young coconut mixed with cream and sweetened milk its best served chilled. Simple yet delicious and refreshing dessert perfect for any occasions. So quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
For the Jelly:
2 packs Unflavored Jelly powder, green or ( Buko Pandan Flavor)
1/2 cup Sugar
Pandan leaves or Buko Pandan Extract
4 cups water (According to cooking instruction of Jelly Powder)
I reduce water about 1/2 to 1 cup to make jelly more firm
500 ml All Purpose Cream
150ml Condense milk (Adjust according the sweetness you like)
2 cups Fresh Coconut, shredded
1/2 cup cheese diced
