Buldak ramen + Kimbap = HEAVEN!!!

Saute julienne carrots until tender and cut cucumber into julienne slices. Cook short-grain rice and mix it with some sesame oil. Lay a sheet of seaweed paper flat, spread an even layer of rice on it, add the sautéed carrots and cucumber, roll it tightly, and cut into bite-sized kimbap pieces. Cook ramen according to package instructions, mix 1 tablespoon of homemade gochujang, heavy cream, and some mozzarella cheese. Let the cheese melt and enjoy your ramen with the kimbap! ♥️♥️♥️

It’s kimbap! Unlike sushi, the vegetables in kimbap are seasoned and cooked a bit, whereas in sushi, the vegetables are usually raw and not seasoned!! ♥️♥️♥️
