Great video. I am not sure but my guess is that the people you saw are followers of Peter Deunov (Петър Дънов). "Peter Dunoff, also known by his spiritual name Beinsa Douno, and often called the Master by his followers, was a Bulgarian philosopher and spiritual teacher who developed a form of Esoteric Christianity known as the Universal White Brotherhood." wikipedia... He as quite a lot of followers worldwide. It is a very benign, peaceful and non intrusive "sect"
