Recipe and Ingredients:
2 chicken legs.
1 carrot, 1 onion and 2 celery sticks.
pour 2 liters of water, bay leaf, boil for 30 minutes.
Finely chop 1 onion.
olive oil and 30 g butter.
Grate 1 carrot.
Finely chop 1 red bell pepper.
2 garlic cloves, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Slice 2 potatoes.
Remove meat and vegetables from broth.
cook for 10 minutes.
Separate the meat from the bones and chop.
50-70 g pasta, salt, pepper, rosemary and cook for another 10 minutes.
Mix well 50 ml of kefir, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of flour and the juice of half a lemon.
