I cooked your cream of mushroom as a starter for a family celebration and it was a great success. As a personal touch, I topped the soup bowls with a puff pastry lid and put them in the oven until they were golden brown. The wow effect made the extra effort worthwhile! Just the amount of soup on your recipe was a bit big for us, but some family members were happy to "sacrifice" themselves and take some of it home, so all good, haha! Fantastic work, Joel, please keep up your fine work -- I think you are both a great artist and a wonderful chef. Also, you present your recipes very efficiently, on the shortest timespan needed -- that's very good and important for busy people. I appreciate getting all I need in 3-6 minutes from you, rather than spend 15-20 minutes or more watching someone else. In addition, your dog is super cool!

These soups look amazing-I can hardly think which would be my favorite, probably the French onion and the minestrone. All the vegetables and herbs you use look so fresh, especially the celery.
