Brother you do NOT need a bulk , especially all that food is gonna make you fat even if it’s healthy , You need to eat 3 small meals a day and track your Carbs , proteins , and fats with certain apps on the app store. You are already a lil big , just eat small portions and hit the gym atleast 3 times a week and train till failure , imo training till failure makes those muscles grow quicker and more effective because i do it myself and noticed results pretty quick. Obviously everyone’s body is different , but 💪 Also drinking and clubbing.. you’ll never see results lol

@@shaneoneill7680 Ofc bulking is a great way to gain muscle , but with all due respect keegan does not need a serious bulk plan lol. He’s already a good sized dude . Like i said hit the gym consistently, eat a meal an hour and 30 mins before you hit the gym and follow it up with another meal once you’re done with your gym session. Eating healthy foods , track what you’re eating so you can have a balanced diet and aren’t fluctuating up and down in weight , & i’ll bet you’ll still grow muscles and gain weight . Oats , chicken , rice , protein shakes (homemade preferably) , fruits , nuts , yogurt , ground beef , etc etc . I could go all day , I’ll bet you still gain mass and muscle.

yeah you can but that wouldn’t be a clean bulk. clean bulks are a primarily whole food diet so your eggs, chicken, rice, bread, veg etc but dirty bulks are more focused on processed foods / carbs which have little nutritional value. dirty bulk tastes better but clean bulk better in the long run. imo balance is good. eat clean 70-80% of the time, and less healthy 20%-30% cus imo that’s more maintainable. tldr: diff ways to do it. as long as ur within ur cals ur good lol

Not the same cholesterol that you’re thinking it is. It is dietary cholesterol which is not the same
