How is the operator very skilled when he’s constantly jacking the blade up especially when it’s just dirt. You can’t level it out doing that constantly. Plus the blade hardly ever touches the ground

Yes, it does take longer but he is going over the infill several times to compress it as much as possible so that when the job progresses, the dump trucks won’t sink in when they are loaded. Take a look at a video where the infill is not compacted properly and you will see what happens.
