I don't understand refunding to players over 2800 elo. I understand refunding at a lower level, because they play against a super GM and it's not fair, but at a 2800+ level it is a fair game.

Hikaru on his actual account is 3400 peaking at 3550 how is a 600 point gap fair? He beats 2800s like 10 - 1 while smurfing at 2800 and they will lose a ton of points if there is no refund
