I give my books first -ish page to a young kid to do something for me on it. Helps that it isn’t perfect. 👍

A thing that I do with every blank notebook is write "The first page is profound." on the first page and it helps me get past the perfectionist mental block of starting. It's something I learned from Merlin Mann.
