These guys did this song justice for sure. I had a chance to hang out with these guys back in 90 and they were just regular guys with no egos smokin some weed lol. I was also a musician guitarist in a LA Heavy metal band at the time. Those were the good ol days. Damn life was good back then. It sucks getting old.

Not only does this rock really hard, but it really pays homage and respect to the original O'Jays tune of the same name. Worth checking out if you're of a mind - imagine the "disco/funk/gospel" version of this tune, and you're close! Plus it has the very excellent Anthony Jackson playing his flanged-out bass on the track.

I had the pleasure of spending some time with Marq when he toured a few years ago. A good friend of mine was playing bass for him. He still has an amazing voice, he's still in great shape, and he can still shred a guitar. I found a cd while we were on the road that contained a song done by Marq Torien - he covered Bon Jovi's Livin' On A Prayer. I took the cd into his room and he said he'd never heart it. I sat with him as he heard the song for the first time. Cool stuff.

I bought my Bullet boys vynil record at a record store called Strawberries at a mall called West Farms Mall in West Hartford, Connecticut in 1990. It was one of my favorite albums. Sadly I lost it when I moved to Florida a year later. It's a pity that the store I bought it at as well as the glam metal era are both gone. It sure brings back the memories, a feeling of nostalgia and sadness since it's an era that we will never have again. The music of today just plain sucks.

+Robert Fletcher Yea this song was written in the 80's but these guys haven't changed much since their rise in fame. If you look at other big 80's bands they progressed into the 90's and 00's with their style and music but these guys kept rockin' the same looks and sounds. That's what I was talking about.

Bullet boys played a tiny little nightclub in Anaheim I worked at in the early 2000s ,Marq asked me for a ride home after the gig...sure I was honored and stunned ,I had to ask on way home why he didn't have a car...I owe 3 ladies child support...wear a rubber is moral to the story rockers

They are so underrated in the mix of other bands of the era. I remember a lot of people coming comparing Marq to David Lee Roth with his range and stage presence. Saw them in concert and can confirm that they can hang with the best of them.

I am 63 and I still rock my ass off! Saw these guys about 20 years ago, sounded so good. Singer has a voice like Chris Cornell. I just listened to the Freakshow album while shoveling the driveway. Definitely underrated.

Hated Bullet Boys for doing such an awesome damn version of this song, in particular Mark T., for applying his insanely powerful FREIGHT-TRAIN and F-18 like vocal, which made it impossible for us to cover, in particular my limutations, being that I was the lead singer! Thanks Mark....😠
