Catalytic converter on my bs6 catches rust, earlier i often used to found red stains on lower part of bend pipe. Then I opened shield of catalytic converter and found there is some chrome nickel on it which went off due to heat, may be. Now what to do to prevent this.

Sir , the location of catcon is near to engine exhaust so that during cold start the harmful gases may not emit outside in Atmosphere. And it is mandatory for passing the BS6 regulations. And. Important for our atmosphere also. Anyhow ur video is good

Bhai same problem exists in TB 500 BS4 with Catalytic Convertor on regular place. Initially colour change hota hai after 1 year rusting ka issue aata hai. I have changed bend pipe in warranty once but same issue exists. Hope RE finds solution to this problem.

RE is just like simple Engineering... Japanese bikes me catalytic converter 12 sal pehle achuki hai India me... RE is good as a brand but still lacking behind with Engineering research compared to Suzuki Honda Yamaha BMW DUCATI etc..
