You should setup a greenhouse over the pond setup and get hundreds of them i have thousands of tree frogs and todes in my greenhouse and it sounds like a rainforest in my backyard

So my dad made a mini pond with a waterfall filtration set up. We filled it with goldfish. One year, in Arizona, it rained A LOT and we had puddles with tadpoles. We took them and put them in our pond. They grew into little frogs, and disappeared. We didn’t see them for YEARS. TILL ONE DAY… it rained something fierce… and we saw them burrowing out of the mud right outside the pond. These bull fronts buried themselves and came out with the rain and they were HUGE at this point. It was INSANE.

My kids brought home 2 tadpoles from a river in Oregon. Have had them close to a year in a 10gal. tank. They have gotten as big as the ones you have but haven't turned into frogs. I guess if they lack a hormone they don't ever turn into frogs.

In oregon they can take 2 or 3 years to become frogs

Well they probably were not being kept as pets until after they were studied. So they would know unless they live under a rock

They're definitely going to jump out once they are grown. This is not a good setup for bullfrogs. Water is too deep. Bullfrog prefer the shallow bank area of ponds with lots of plants.
