Cactus Cuties Madeline and Andi sing Defying Gravity

Madeline Powell, 8, & Andi Kitten, 11, both Cactus Cuties (thecactuscuties.com), sing Defying Gravity from the Broadway Musical Wicked. Madeline sings the role of Elphaba, and Andi is Glinda. They are coached by Cami Caldwell and are regular performers at the Cactus Theater in Lubbock.

Holy cow, Madeline has a fantastic voice. It is so strong, especially for an 8 year old. It will only get stronger and better as she gets older. I am simply blown away!

Bullhead003 tells it like it is! Their acting during this number is tremendous, just brings the song to life as it should on stage, the girls are really quite excellent in all their animations, but this is truly exceptional. Just another great reason to get the DVD! :- )

YES, they have a DVD composed from two live concerts done last April... it is said to have a grand mix of solos duets, group songs and should satisfy everyone's 'wants'. The release will be announced on this and the Backstage Channel I am sure. Should be soon!
