I have the bullet hunt 250 great fun bike for short runs haven't seen any around now trade as bluroc I believe

Is there a way to adjust the speedometer? Mine is like +20kph. When i go 90kph gps , speedometer shows 110kph

Twice the horse power? Sure? Mutt bikes seems the same and their power difference from 125 to 250 is 11hp to 17hp.
