It's going to be more efficient in the sense that more content will be coming out. Before when everyone had seprate offices it was easier to slack off and not get as much done. This set up will hopefully motiviate to get more work done and it is better that they are in close range so they aren't yelling back and forth. Also if they were to expand their head count but are limited on space the bullpen is a great idea for that.

Also either I miscounted or there arent enough desks, since the two Joes and Spencer sit at the back, that leaves one seat open for both Aleks and Dex, so does one of them get an awkward window seat off to the side? Nah, since they have moved out of their rooms to the open space, the rooms in the office are mostly free thus they will probably use the rooms as a recording place for each individual. Editing of videos will then occur in the open space :)
