Bulls on Parade - Rage Against the Machine
I've been wanting to do more Festival chart comparisons lately, so I figured I'd kick it off with this GH3 classic. I know this was also DLC for Rock Band, and might be a more apt comparison since they'd both be Harmonix charts, but I think 3 charts on screen gets a little busy and the GH3 chart is more iconic.
I think I'll work backwards a bit and do some chart comps from other recent additions to Festival.

For anyone who's been doing charting or is familiar with the old RBN charting guides, what were Harmonix's criteria for a chord getting three frets rather than two? I get the impression that Neversoft were more eager to use them than HMX.

I think HMX's criteria is augmented/diminished chord (or any kind of triad I guess) = three gem chords, which makes sense musically. Frigging Neversoft used three gem chords for almost everything (including power chords) for the sake of making the Expert charts more difficult than Hard

Don't have a guitar for Fornite yet, but based on this video I'd say that the Festival does the solo better but the rest of the song looks more fun in GH3.
