The secret of Bulls in my opinion is that they had very different playstyles in their team. Apart from MJ and SP, who was very strong and very versatile, they had Dennis, all-out fighter, Kerr with his dead aim, Tony with crazy amount of flair, and so and so on. Each of these individuals complemented each other, when put together forming the best NBA team of all time.

This is a great video to educate young fans. 1. I don't see any plumbers. These dudes all look athletic. 2. This is what the game looked like when it was more balanced and not a 3pt contest. 3. Look at the intense effort on both sides. Playing hard on defense, diving for loose balls, etc. 4. Nobody is flopping. 5. Nobody is doing 5 step euro steps, double step backs, shuffling the feet, etc. David Robinson at 10:37 getting called for a ticky tack travel. That would NEVER be called today. Kids think their players are more athletic. It's easy to look athletic when you can just fly around without dribbling. 🤷‍♂️ 6. David Robinson was a problem, and this was when he was declining. 7. This is 1 year before the Spurs won their 1st championship. This team went on to beat LeBron in the Finals, twice.

Another point is that Chicago played the game with simplicity… nothing fancy and just simple fundamental basketball Jordan and Pippen gets all the attention and when they post up defenders the the defense has to send another defender and that leaves the 3 point assassins wide open, Kerr, Kukoc, John Paxton , BJ Armstrong The defense has to adjust and can’t leave those 3 point assassins wide open, so that means Jordan and Pippen can go one on one and defenses have no chance… It’s beautiful great full artistry

Krause was great at roster building. They would’ve had to get younger. But Jordan was stubborn and had no sense of roster building, then and now. He would’ve been a detriment to the team remaining a contender.

@@ast.george3565 The league pass should be free considering how dogshit the league is currently. I mean last year i got to watch Nikola Jokic dribble the ball off his own legs and throw it away 2 or three dozen times in the finals and get told how he's the best player going right now. Yeah, real skillful.

@@blurplebear8573 I don't think the league has ever had as many 20-point comebacks as they have this season you know why because guys can shoot really well and the zone defense stops almost every offenses momentum when implemented correctly. Your boy Jordan made the playoffs with 30 wins and 52 losses .. the Warriors have 32 victories right now and are in 10th place! Do you think the league was more competitive when you could make the playoffs with 30 wins?
@blurplebear8573
@blurplebear8573 8 ай бұрын
@@ast.george3565They have those comebacks because no one plays any defense at all. The Warriors are still in the playoffs too by the way since 2/3s of the league make the playoffs. Comebacks do not mean a skillful display was seen it has to do with a lack of effort on the winning team. The Boston Celtics tonight, the best team in the league, was outscored by fucking DEAN WADE 20-17 in the fourth quarter to lose to the Cavs minus Donovan Mitchell. Is that skill? A backup power forward averaging 8.4 PPG outscores the best team in the league by himself for a quarter. This league is the definition of the crustiest, homeless guy butt cheeks you can find.

@blurplebear8573 that simply is not true and that is why I have been documenting and timestamping not only the games but also what the commentators say while the games are going on usually when you hear there was a comeback and you watched the broadcast you will hear about how well the zone has been working for the team that is coming back it was illegal to play zone defense in the 90s and zone defense is an integral part of basketball that is when basketball becomes chess and not checkers

- Robinson was HEATED - Robinson/Duncan front court was madness - Rodman was one of the toughest dudes to score against - Rookie Duncan could score on prime Rodman (end of his prime but still mad Rodman) - Kukoc is still underrated - Pippen 1st half/Kukoc 2nd half - 4 quarters of Jordan being the Goat

Theres many many reasons why the Bulls where so good but one that comes to mind is that when you watch them play they don’t take bad shots, every shot is a high percentage shot, they don’t come down jacking up 50 three pointers, The further you are from the basket “ 3 pointers “ the less the percentage, mid range and dunks and layups are higher percentage because there closer to the basket… They always took high percentage shots… They never beat themselves
@Trupp42

Adding to that they each had a role and played them to perfection. How can you beat a team that has 2nd stringers coming off the bench that would be a starting five for another team ?!
