Great review Stevie. I have much respect for your longevity in the fitness world. I just started using the product. My brother had one 40 yrs ago and still has it. Your demo was great. Would love to see you use it again in different training programs. Keep up the great work.

Its a great device. I prefer the steel bow and reps first holds after. The Hughes family did a great job bringing gert koebels creation into the present. Could probably replace your home gym. Charles atlas was not a user as far as i know but bruce lee was. Keep em coming.

Thanks so much for this review. I've been looking at one of these for a while, but most of the reviews seem like ads for the bullworker. This is the first legitimate review I've seen.

Which one would be best for a beginner?
@StevieRichardsFitness2 жыл бұрын
Great question. I think both the Bow Classic and Steel Bow can be great for beginners since you can use the lightest spring like I did in the workout video. The Bow Classic is also a budget-friendly option if you’re looking to save some money. If you do decide to purchase anything, please use my link: bit.ly/3R9Xsgz

You did the archer pulling with your right arm, then you faced the other way and pulled with your right arm again. 🤔

From watching video looked to be like a medium difference in smoothness and a low recoil Compared to this model Thoughts before retrieving would work my muscles harder then the previous model which i have still Using the s3 in person the smoothness is a big difference more then the medium I thought it was looking at the video Even though I have been used to the black spring in the s2 since last year the s3 I have to get used to the first spring agian and working my way up to the last one cause the s3 works my muscles harder i knew that before getting the s3 that I would have to get used to all springs cause my muscles would be worked with no limits The s3 not only has a small recoil but as I said the smoothness is a big difference from s2 i noticed to that I can stop the spring at any distance and push from there but with the s2 I cant cause it has that bad recoil so which ever point I stop at I usually just pushed from there The s3 you can feel with each rep the muscles are being worked smoothly with a good amount of pressure even when using the first spring Each rep is fully controlled Get the s3 its amazing

Thanks. Yes I agree with all your pointers completely. I’ve been using the Bow Classic more and more and getting the hang of it. This thing is awesome.

I have written to Bullworker several times about the poor quality of desing, all to no avail. The long, white nylon spring guide has worn out twice; the red moulded grips are cracking badly, and the clear cable sleeve is shrinking too much and exposing the cable on both ends. Not to mention that the removable hand grip is very sloppy in fit. I have been a product design engineer for over 40 years, and know a thing or two about design and materials etc. Let me say that, the machine is a very thoughtful product for exercising with, but for SURE the materials and design parameters are VERY POOR. I still have my original Bullworker from 1974, and it works flawlessly with NO DEFFECTS. So please be warned, you will be paying for replacement parts. And by the way, my unit is only about 5 years old and I use it very little.
