hey I never met you before but I wanted to thank you I just bought my bullworker bow classic and for about 10 years since high school I have never stayed consistent even though I love lifting because of two torn shoukdefs and a torn hip it's been a very sad existence for me I have depression and I'm autistic so I am far from perfect with a lot of chronic injuries I'm in a lot of pain every single day but I started using this and I feel almost NO pain and I'm just so happy and thrilled to feel like my life has some meaning in it now that I can do something I love . I got no friends no family I never had anybody but I'm thankful you gave me this much and I wanted to share it with you . I done a chest workout. and a hip and leg one . and I did biceps and triceps and abs the other day and I have still to try out back but I'm sure it'll be fantastic. love the spring design very genius feels incredible and I hope I can look physically fit like you in a year orLogan. also thanks for the great workout videos I been spamming the videos trying to support u as my way of saying thank s last few days I watched them hundred times probably Love logan.

@Bullworker I just bought your iso bow just did some playing around with it . I have a labrum tear in one shoukder . impingement in the other like I was saying . anyways I used the book and saw I could strengthen my rotator cuffs with it and loved how it felt and I saw on ur website how you can use the classic bow and do same two rotator excercises and that felt equally great just felt unique to that . my pain is a lot less ill continue that and the strength in with both I'm looking forward to it. I wasn't expecting much at all from the iso bow not to sound like a jerk . but I'm very surprised. these handles are are great handy way to quickly get in shape and not have any excuses why I can't do my physical rehab for my health thank you . I'm hoping to lose these 40 pounds or turn most of it to muscle 🙂 so far very impressed with both products . I think you could charge more then you do and it shows you are a cool guy and care about everyone . No gimmicks here all quality stuff

Hi, I've been finding I'm not getting achey muscles after my workout. For example when I've started exercise in the past, in the next couple days those muscles will really ache and I'll take it as a sign of progress... I've not had much achey muscles with the bullworker. Is this because it's low impact or should I be using higher resistance? Also, when doing resisted crunches - I can feel my abs working, but it's like I have to force them to work... If I don't, it's just like my arms are getting worked out.. especially the side variations I struggle to feel my core engaging. Now it could just be because there is not that much muscle in those areas at the moment... Or maybe Im just doing it wrong ? Any pointers really appreciated - I'm only on week 1 of the classic 90 day though. I've got an iso now on the way now also. Thanks, Sam

Good luck, stay the course. Soreness can happen but not always. We build the intensity over the weeks so that the soreness isn't an issue. Ideally, you keep progressing without getting sore. For the resisted crunches. Your arms should not move at all. You might be pushing with your arms. Your arms should stay in a fixed position and then you simply crunch by bringing your sternum to the floor. Try that.
