Because they know very well that Jimmy is not the mastermind behind all the problems that are happening at their school, even though at first they were still Jimmy's enemies when Jimmy first set foot at Bullworth Academy but with Jimmy's hard work efforts in improving their social relations and friendship. finally the bullies never considered Jimmy as their enemy.

Because Gary had spread slander and pitted all the Cliques Groups against each other including the students at Bullworth Academy and blamed Jimmy as the Mastermind or Troublemaker behind all the chaos that occurred in their school such as, Rats in the Library/Place Study of the Nerds, Fire in the Gymnasium belonging to the Jocks, Johnny Vincent the Leader of the Greasers is put in a Mental Hospital and the Preppies' Kickboxing Club Championship Trophy is missing because someone has stolen it. And even worse, Gary complained to the headmaster that Jimmy had made a mess at school and also accused Jimmy of making graffiti at the town hall where the mayor of Bullworth lived, which made Jimmy immediately expelled from school. Poor Jimmy, no wonder the title in Chapter 5 reads "The Fall & Rise of Jimmy Hopkins, Aged 15" which means that during the story in this chapter, Jimmy will experience the name of his Fall and Rise against Gary who has turned things around because of his cunning. 😔

Everyone wants to bully & also wants to fight each other and they also seem to blame you for all the problems that have happened in their school and think you have been a leader who failed to bring peace in their school. (Jimmy who looked confused about what Pete meant by his true words to Jimmy and Jimmy who was completely unaware that his school was now in chaos everywhere and strangely everyone in the school suddenly blamed Jimmy for all the chaos that happened at school them, who maybe Gary had instigated them all and spread his slander on Jimmy after the chaos at school happened except, Russell's gang namely "The Bullies" who are still loyal and respect Jimmy)
