Coming back to this video, I'm guessing Gloria was going to be the only kissable black girl, since the guys for example (even cliques in-general, they have at least 1 ginger and 1 black person, however I heard Christy was going to be blond in the beta (also, the only blond girl in the game is the mermaid who fun fact, her face is beta Lola; also funny how Earnest says Algie likes blonds lol). So yeah, quite interesting.

Yeah actually when a girl has a crush on a boy she doesn't directly tells him about it as she feels shy and hesitates to admit her feelings towards him but instead she discusses it with her friends. So I guess Melody saying "Jimmy is kinda cute" is her conversation dialogue with either the little kids (Karen, Pedro, Sheldon and Gloria), non clique students, clique students, authority figures or adults.
