Mainly due to not being hostile, and not appearing in the game, but rather during an attack of another amalgamate. Toby fox described everyman as "Just a good guy".

I think the Seam one was a foreshadowing/reference/representation to the Darkners themselves (since Deltarune has been in Toby's dev desk for longer than even Undertale, with all of the concepts done), since as far as I'm concerned, they've been making a distinction between "Monsters" and "Darkners" (e.g. in Ralsei's story). So the way Flowey phrased it, "everyone else" might refer to, or at least simply referencing Toby's concept for Darkners.

Woshua's face when he is surprised does look a bit similar, but he already mentioned the monsters group which woshua is a part of. Additionally, woshua's eye don't rotate unless I missed something.

He's had the Deltarune script more or less finalized since 2012, before the Undertale kickstarter even happened. This is also Toby we're talking about. _How_ exactly the connection exists is an utter mystery at this point, but you _know_ it's intentional.

There is an easy way to avoid the ring-around from 7:48 and bully Jevil even more. Just place yourself in the path between two spades, and as close to the wall as you can. Just let the first wave pass you by. Then, simply move in the middle of two spades from the next wave. Give it a go!

I knew that undertale had some refrences to deltarune, there are even some info on it from the turtle, It was planned all along-- plus the symbol was everywhere in undertale. like, EVERYWHERE. TobyFox Also looks like he is putting much more effort on this game, So I can only assume that deltarune is actually the main timeline, and undertale is deprived of it.

Deltarune doesn't have the same impact as a standalone game either. Undertale tries to hit home with making your choices matter, while Deltarune subverts that. If you play them in the opposite order, the game doesn't seem all that interesting.

Honestly, I have been theorizing that Seam might be the final bonus boss which you'll only be able to face if you acquire all shadow crystals from all secret bosses and gave them to him. One of the reason why I though that is because despite chapter 3 isn't released yet but he is mentioning a shadow mantle is needed to beat the next secret boss... How does he know the 3rd secret boss without anyone knowing who or what it is?

Now my question is... do the other shopkeepers buy the Jevil item, or do they see "nothing" same as Seam? Bc if they buy it, then it can be just Seam not wanting to buy his shapeshifted friend. Funky how one of the lines Jevil says is "Metamorphosis" and the Everyman, in Undertale, is attacked by butterflies (which undergo metamorphosis). And quite cool to hear the Roaring and Queen foreshadowed as well (even going as far as to placing Queen in quotations as that is not her true name)

Slight spoiler warning involving the final parts of Delta Rune, but did you know Everyman also appears on the wall of the alleyway where the player finds Alphys with a bowl of milk? I'm suprised most people don't notice him, especially because his name is written right next to him. I always knew something was up with Everyman, he was way too creepy to just be an amalgamation's attack, but I wouldn't have minded not seeing him ever again lol (thanks Toby). He gives me a mighty spooked feeling. The only thing I'm wondering is why is he reappearing?

As someone who's had tons of fun, wasting hours of time beating Jevil and being beaten by Jevil time and time again, I can tell you've clearly played against him a lot if you only took three hits though the battle... Especially given the fact that choosing to fight Jevil is a lot harder then sparing him... Though for the record, I got THREE of the Everymans in one battle (Everymen? Idk, it's a name, how do you make a NAME plural???) Two of which were both in the same turn, same row even... I think I fight Jevil to much tbh, I don't like fighting him simply cause there's more of a risk I'll die if the game lags for a second (which it does... A lot) and because the Jevilstail is more useful anyways... Though he doesn't really seem to care if you hurt him, he just laughs and says it was fun anyways so I guess I don't really feel bad for hurting him all that much... I'm probably just as insane as him at this point for his battle... Heh
