Definitely have to catch survivors off guard with guards to score hits, if they’re in an established position with good loops and especially if theres no other pressure on the survivor and they just have to outlast a hunt or capture the flag, its very hard to get guards to hit. Im a knight main and honestly I gotta say if you go into the game with the mindset of your power is just to occupy one of four survivors time, initiate chase’s while you have a guard in hunt, then you’ll find the multitasking potential on this killer is insane.

@BaBaWushka, that's definitely the best mindset for knight. It's all about trying to get to the point of no return where nobody is consistently working on gens. Jailor is perfect for that as he'll keep someone away for almost a entire minute.

Wait, i thought the gaurds dropped chase if a survivor got hit by knight or if the knight chased the survivor being hunted.

Yes and no. The guards lose chase 3x faster if the knight is chasing the same survivor the guard is. And the guard only dissappears when the survivor being chased is damaged. Another survivor can be damaged and the guard wont drop chase as long as its not the one its chasing.

Ngl, you’re taking his own, personal gameplay way too seriously. Anyone can play killer how they desire, whether it be tunnel, slugging, etc. if he wants to offer hatch, he’s more than welcome to do so. Getting a 4k, or not getting a 4k and letting the last survivor get Gate/Hatch is always a good time for both parties for the most part. Giving survivors Escapes helps loosen the seriousness of the game, and make it more enjoyable for both sides, rather than just it being a hardcore tryhard fest. This DOES in fact represents killers, as I’ve had a few killers do this a bunch of times to me and my teammates, in my nearly 1 year of playing. Loosen up and have fun man.

The ones who gladly get btc'ed around by survivors and follow their rulebook out of fear and the Normal killers that actually do their objective and KILL. sorry bud, but i play to win. makes no sense for any killer to give freebies when thats not how ur supposed to play the game. Survivors wont stop doing gens even If your being nice, why should killers not do what they're supposed to do? I will say it again... this DOES NOT represent REAL killers of this community. Myabe you need to play Killer to understand and be in HIGH mmr matches where curvivors are constantly trying to flash/headon you. THEN comeback and tell me this. im not talking about a few matches. Yeah your way too stubborn to listen but I'll give my 2 cents anyways. Simply put, your wrong. You can play to have fun without bending over backward following survivor rules. It's all about adaptability. If there's a map offering, everybody dies. If survivors aren't sweating, then I won't either.
