U can blink every 6 secs and u can heal also, which makes ta more agile

longer range, extremely low cooldown blink changes how you can play the hero offensively and defensively. with arcane blink you can constantly reposition to use meld every cooldown and to get better psi-blade angles, so it ends up doing a lot more in fights than 60 agi and some movespeed.
