Sir, you sir are very good and I can see from watching your videos that your are so professional with everything that you do but please don’t take this as a bashed, it’s just a comment that when your prepping and cooking the food, I can see that you are cross contaminating the raw food you handle with the cooked food! Maybe have a two different tongs , one for the raw food you’re putting in the fryer and one separate one for removing the cooked one and maybe some antibacterial wipes to use when you’re cracking the eggs to wipe your hands before you handle the cooked food you are serving! That’s all! I don’t think that’s too much to asked for the safety of your customers! Thank you sir!

good point. i also noticed that the wife went out to blow her nose with gloves on and did not change her gloves after or even washed her hands. please practice food safety handling
