If you want to try another sticker service besides stickermule I recommend stickerninja! They are a smaller business in Portland and I get a lot of my stickers/sticker sheets from them. The stickers are a nice vinyl quality and the customer service is very nice. They offer a lot of sticker types like holographic stickers if you ever want to make more specialty stickers.

I'm so sorry for the food stickers! I think you should degrade them to a C category (like buttons) and still sell them for a lower price, because people can still cut the shape around with scissors and it would be such a waste to just throw them away... Happy late birthday Christian!

Baylee mentioned in an earlier vlog that they had been using their facility to help with medical production. So they would only have recently switched back to regular production. And with everything going on, they are still probably not back to full service. So it's not a fair assessment of how their products normally turn out.

I feel your pain. I have always bought packs of stickers, or two of the same if it's not a multi pack. That way I can use one and save one. I'm 39 and still have fully intact sticker sheets that are over 30 years old...and I still love them...I probably have issues lol

Oh, for sure they'll reprint them. They're very quick about fixing any issues that come up like that. I had a stack of sticker sheets that they ended up cutting too deep, for instance, and were very quick to get a replacement package out to me. And you should definitely get some die cut stickers! :D They just feel so good. I love the vinyl that they use.

Based on store orders, I’ve heard that some countries has stopped all international mail from getting into the country, until further notice. So, if you send them a replacement, it wouldn’t get to them, until their country reopens for international packages/mail and who knows, their original package might have been stuck in customs for long enough that it’s now full stuck there for a while. Here’s a list that USPS has of countries they can’t ship to, during this outbreak, I’m sure a similar list will be for Canada as well. about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

So StickerMule has a long-running issue like this with their sticker sheets. They not only require a massive safety area around each sticker, but their matte laminate is thick. I’ve ordered many many many stickers from them over the years, I love their matte laminate, it has a smooth silk-like texture - unlike many company’s matte which tends to have a bit of a toothy texture. Their laminate is super durable and great for outdoor use... but. I always have this issue with their sticker sheets. The special laminate they use is just too thick for the cut settings they use. I can give some alternative company recommendations if you’re curious. StickerApp is great, but their matte laminate has a shorter outdoor life. SweetStickers is great, but they can be a bit pricey for sheets. (Run by a single person, Liz is great btw) I’ve heard great things about StickerNinja but I’ve never tried them personally. VinylDisorder is also great! I personally use StickerBunnies cause they use a similar matte laminate to stickermule without me having to give money to a company that supports TheBigOrangeIdiot and I like that I’m supporting a small business & a friend (tell Chris Rew sent you!).

Happy Birthday to Christian! That opened box and the faulty stickers suck! You should count the sticker packets to make sure they all arrived, but I guess you did that. Don't they reseal boxes when they break open? I once got a notification that DHL has repackaged the item, because it broke. It just says it on the package itself. But then again, I live in Germany... might just be a German thing. Anyway, I'm excited about the stickers and the washi tape!

This is why I've been hesitant to get stickers from StickerMule. I did their promotion for a few die-cuts, but I also didn't care for the texture. I use ZapCreatives and I've never had a cut problem yet, and I want to try StickerNinja in Portland.

Urgh that sucks! Classic Sticker Mule though. I've had so many issues with them and I honestly don't get why they have such a good rep in America! 🙊 They've sent me so many faulty vinyl stickers (even on resends FOR faulty ones lol) so I have not used them for close to 2 years now. I recommend Sweet Stickers, great quality and a lot better customer service.

i had heard that vinyl sticker paper is an environmental nightmare in comparison to just regular good quality sticker paper. i havent dove into the full details yet but just a heads up 🙌🏻☺️ might be worth looking into for your own peace of mind as well 🤗 but ya, RIP to your valuable time having to quality control all of those sheets 😤 one of my biggest pet peeves like quality control should be number one priority at a print shop you’d think. i wonder what garbage is being sent out in terms of the medical supplies theyre making too, yikes
