I really appreciate these videos. I have been back into rc racing for over a year now and started off with oval, but I have been enjoying carpet off-road racing. The way you explain what it is, how to tune it, and what that does on the track is fantastic.

Guys keep it coming. Very informative, not all videos explain the affect these changes have on the car. Definitely using these videos as set up references. I have a request that no one has ever explained, on 4 wd the affect of the front hing pill and what affect it creates. primarily the +1 out on A mount and a .5 in on the B mount, as an example. Sincerely Darick

Great video presentation, delivery and info. As an old school driver I'm glad these videos exist, I remember some of this but in fragments or outright forgot. I really appreciate ya'll not padding the run time. Keep up the great work mates.

"When you reduce the caster you are going to get more bump in." I thought it is vice versa so that reducing caster would make steering go toward bump out.

This was very helpful. I installed the plus 3mm steering rack on my b6 and t6 mainly for extra strength while I learn. Had no ide it added bump out to my set up. Simply remove the 1mm ball stud on one side and it looks like it’s fixed. Good timing also because I plan to lower it down soon and hit a carpet track

Brilliant to know even if the takeaway is dial it out of your setup 👍👍

Hello, I just bought a b7. I switched to +2.5 pivot and 5 castor insert(tab down) I found that I have a lot of bump out at full droop. Rack is raised with 2mm spacer at the bottom. What should change ? Otherwise all spacers are kit. Thank you

Liking the videos - question the manual shows using the angled ball stud socket on the outer steering link but note you have got a standard straight one - which one should we be running?

Neither makes any difference, sometimes the cranked one is needed for clearance on the spring.

Hi, I’m looking for more bump in on my 6.3 and cannot remove anymore spacers from the ballstud on the steering plates. Using +3 bellcranks, would you shim the rack say 2mm, or would you add them to the plate to achieve the minus 1mm that I am looking for?
@hallbrothersrc3308 Жыл бұрын
Just add them to the plate👍

can we all agree that 'associated electronic' is probably the worst name for any company ever on the face of the planet. you literally read it and then start hunting for context and you find none. just ignorance. TLR all day.
