Good analysis of the banking industry. My two cents on *yes bank*, The primary stakeholders I.e. SBI and other banks are planning to exit. I last read that a certain Japanese investor is willing to take a look at it. The stake sale is facing challenges because of the proportion of voting rights a foreign investor can exercise. True that the balance sheet is pretty strong, but one needs to develop the bank with lot of commitment to take it to good heights. Until then any gain from this share will be temporary. Just my thoughts.
