Peter And Brian i enjoyed your Playthrough of Toy Story 2, and made a discovery when getting the chic on top of the Gashapon machine, you can get there easily but hit the switch by the haystack and then you can climb the small red pole next to it and jump straight onto the bouncing haystack., i hope this helps.

Loved this game as a kid!! Played it again a couple of years ago and it really does hold up even with the janky platforming
