Here from a couple shorts I found here. Such a lovely channel, love Marc and the team. Production is absolutely amazing. Gonna binge till I catch up. Never thought lower league football would still be so beautiful haha With it was televised more, I’m American and we hardly get Championship football here honestly and local football in America… just not the same atmosphere. Full of casuals and families that are there who barely know much admittedly. Still love it but hard to feel a connection to my local team haha Love these man, keep it up 🫡

"...expecting a sell-out crowd of 300." Pfffttthwww! I almost choked on ma cup of tea. Holy shit, that had me crackin ribs laughing. This scene is all too familiar to me as I'm Scottish and we've got a few professional teams up here that would kill for 300 supporters at a game. I'm happily shocked at how good the production is on this video, easily comparable (superior?) to a TV documentary. When I stumbled across this, I kept exxpecting to discover that it was a spoof football doc, just because of how seriously they seem to take it but apparently not. Outstanding work.

Hi Ashley. Good question! Dorking Season One is unrelated to Charlwood so go ahead with that collection. We've had to delve into the Charlwood archives since Lockdown Two kicked in, which is why Season One is effectively a prequel, coming out after Season Two. You won't really get spoiled, so feel free to go through Season Two at your leisure!

I remember exactly where I was in this night - scrambling my way to my ex girlfriend’s parents house in the Lake District before the trains stopped running for 4 months and unknowingly about to be struck down with long Covid the week after which lasted for another half a year 🕊️🖤

These players will be on anything between around £600 P/W and a 'fee per appearance contract. The Majority would be on around £300 P/W

I pissed myself when he said they're expecting a sell-out crowd of wait for it 300 I used to watch my uncle play for Altrincham late 90s early 2000s when i was a kid even they got more than that when they played league teams in cups and friendlies they had a few tho not 300 must be a terrible standard this because Altrincham aren't or never was any good but get more than 300 and thats a sold out 300

This was during Covid when capacities were extremely limited. Their ground capacity and average attendance is far higher. Last week there were about 500 for a pre season friendly with Walton & Hersham (who now have their own series here which is well worth watching)
