Really? The gap between 1st and 2nd in EPL for the last 3 season was 1pt, 5pts and 2pts. In the same period the difference in Bundesliga was 17pts, 0pts, and 8pts. Bundesliga also has 4 less games so less differiental between teams in general. Just saying🤷‍♂️

We all thought Bayern is a has been club, like Ajax in the Dutch league after Klopp won 2 Bundesliga titles in a row with Dortmund. But they metamorphed into a force, that went on to win 2 trebles and 11 straight league titles before Leverkusen ended their streak. You should not under estimate Bayern. The Bundesliga is their competition. We seen this story before. Bayern will have some bilps here and there and teams like Stuttgart, Wolfsburg and even Bremen win Bundesliga titles in the last 25 years. But somehow Bayern comes back win the Bundesliga title.

You are problaly too young, when Bayern ended Klopp's 2 year streak at the Bundesliga title, won the the treble and slowly bought Dortmund players to wipe out the competition for the next 10 years. I saw Bremen won the Bundesliga title in 2006. Then you have Stuttgart winning the Bundesliga title. In time Bayern bought Klose and Mario Gomez, who are vital to those Bundesliga title wins. Don't expect other clubs to go long streaks like Bayern.

There is only one winner! Bayern Munich! Yes there might be defensive frailties in the central defense but with the high intensity pressing that Kompany will be playing, they will mostly be playing in the opponent’s half most of the game and winning the ball high up. Also, with Kane, Musiala, Olise, evergreen Muller, an ever present Tel, the Bayern frontline is littered with goals all around! Finally Kompany’s way of playing is exactly what suits Bayern! High intensity, bossy, high possession shooting from different places and not just walking the ball into the net! Now he has the players to do this!

Yeah I think Upa and Kim is a problem but I do think buying Palhinha a true defensive number 6 will help the defensive issues from last season. Kompany being a good center back himself hopefully can develop those two center backs to be better. They have some other attacking options like Gnabry or Tel even Muller if Sane isn't performing. Not to mention Ito,Stanisic and Dier can also play those positions.

Leverkusen because Vincent Kompany is no where near the level of Alonso when it comes to understanding the game. So in those difficult moments when you're plan A, B, C all failed what will they do than. And i don't think Vincent have what it takes to make the right decisions while alonso team made how many comebacks last season? And even now the game against studdgart they came back from behind with a red card and won on penalties.
