MF135 6 Speed Restoration # 54 Fitting the Hi/Lo Planetary

I fit the Hi/Lo planetary to the Massey Ferguson 135 6 speed gearbox. It is a simple job and you more or less just bolt it on the back of the gearbox.

Lance, it looks like the shim ended up being installed with the wrong side against the housing. At 2:40 you picked it up and placed it on the ring gear without turning it over. Then, you turned the whole assembly over and place it on the housing with the shim ending up flipped from its original position. Everything fit together and the bolts went in so maybe it doesn't make any difference but I would think that the curved edge was there for a reason. I hope my concern is for naught; I hate having to take things back apart!

G Day Dave, You had me worried for a bit but I could have a look and it was fine, it works out the dowels wont let you put it wrong, I may have edited in there somewhere, when filming I often do things a few times to try and get the story across.
