It is ok but it needs a patio door from the back to go outside to the back. En-suite needs a window don’t know how and bathroom and en-suite needs to be re tiled. Little make over.

The front garden is neat though uninspiring, but the back garden is extensively landscaped and includes additional outbuildings. The house has been thoroughly updated with higher-end fittings and finishes. The workshop/studio offers a variety of uses.

Shingle city at the front & side does this property no favours whatsoever - totally kills any kerb appeal. Bedrooms are pokey as is the kitchen for the size of the property. Interior is drab & uninspiring.
