Nice bungalow. Like someone else stated, a dining room would improve it enormously. Also depends on the area ,I don't know Norfolk.

It's a spacious enough house and nicely fitted out, but I'd want a larger lot. One abutter has a landscaped triangle, but there's hardly a spot of green elsewhere in the neighborhood.

Nice video! I can’t stop rewinding to the kitchen to move the cook top and oven out of the doorway and switching for the bank of drawers on the right also less to vent to outside! Poor planning on that install!

I do not understand spending all the money inside and leaving the front yard just gravel.

This is a quiet location, and the gardens are nicely landscaped with well established shrubs and trees. The interior may be considered dated, but in a good way. The ground floor is laid out to accommodate a larger family and/or entertaining guests. The bedrooms are a decent size, but I would sacrifice one to create an ensuite and closet for a master bedroom.

In need of refurbishment throughout - outside also tired and needs money spent. Only one WC not ideal, overall good accommodation and large plot but needs too much doing to it for the price.

Beautiful house. Was pleasantly surprised when i heard you mention it was 5 bedrooms. Looked deceptively small from the outside. The only thing i didn't really like was passikg through the kitchen to get to the downstairs loo. Other houses you've shown, the loo is right at yhe entrance ot the house whuch is much more convenient. I would feel uncomfortable as a visitor passing through their kitchen to use the loo. Aside this, everything else was on point at an amazing price.

Huge backyard. By the time you've finished mowing it, you'd need to start again.

Beautifully presented property, they have good taste. I was expecting you to go into every room and say "and this one is set up as a dining room" lol. Shame neither of the dining rooms are off the kitchen. I agree with other comments that it is a bit overlooked out the back.

Aside from the overly sterile and synthetic front and back "gardens" (why does no-one do front and back cottage garden plantings in Norfolk??!! -- it's an ecological wilderness), the owners have very good taste and there is nothing cheap-looking about their interior renovation! The striped hallway carpet is perfect in every way. They've chosen colours, materials and fittings that will not date and that are very nice quality too. So many homes have a windowless guest toilet, which is so unappealing, but here both the bathroom and the guest toilet have windows. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous to look at and they have factored in excellent functionality. So glad they did not do an integrated washing machine or dishwasher -- it's a pain hiding those appliances behind a door, and makes cleaning harder. Plus it gives a visual break from having an entire kitchen be nothing but cabinet fronts -- like a showroom. I don't know why people are averse to seeing appliances such as fridges, etc, and have the need to conceal their presence. Sadly, the layout is not well thought out for a better-connected dining area or room -- not the owner's fault as this was the way it was built.

Can garage be used as car porch?

Not a bad sized bungalow and good view and gardens but for me it needs a lot doing to it. Personal taste but I don't like brown window frames, inside needs a complete refurb, including replacing all those carpets which many years ago were fashionable and at 325,000 that is quite a lot to pay out and then have to redecorate etc. My 3 bedroom house is probably worth more than that and only needs a little sprucing up here and there.

Nice property but not for me and the fact there isn't a dedicated dinning room effectively makes this a two bed home. Those looking for a three bed home would find this property a little limited.

It's a neat looking place, though artificial turf in the gardens is not my style. The layout of rooms is traditional though updated. The kitchen looks especially well done.

Not a bad property for the price but it's very personalised to the current owners and I can guarantee it'll smell woofie(no offence). It'll take a fair chunk of money to modernise it.

The large barn next door looks far more appealing. The house has very small bedrooms and not just one but two awful plastic conservatories to get rid of.

There are spacious gardens both front and back awaiting some shrubs and trees to complement the lawn. The interior of the house needs a cosmetic re-do, including those busy carpets, but it otherwise looks to be in good order. I'd be curious about what might happen with the large barn next door.

What is it with the British and gravel?

First impression, very disappointing boring shingle at the front. Nice lane and views though. Lovely spacious entrance hall. Too grey, it would be a huge job to repaint all the walls.i like the large dining area but not the kitchen cupboard fronts, again it’s dreary. My pet hate is a loo or bathroom with no window. The bedroom view is to die for, love that. How could anyone have their house shown to prospective buyers with the bedrooms in such a mess. Hugely off putting. If I were to buy it, I couldn’t unsee those bedrooms lol. I’m not at all impressed, it’s a very dreary house, but I do love the back garden. Not worth the price.

Why do all Norfolk properties look like car sales yards; miles of stones just waiting for cars? No garage and nowhere to put one without plonking it in the front "garden". I'd want a double garage minimum. Way overpriced...

This is a property with potential. Although the house needs updating and the gardens need clearing out, the place seems to be priced with these tasks in mind. The small kitchen could be opened into the spacious lounge, and many structures (and apparently one car) in the back garden could be removed. With all the clutter inside and out removed there's plenty of space.

Shared driveway entrance. No way.
