Yeah that match pretty much defines this meta, literally every engagement you are debuffed by hunter abilities and radar pings. Got double swarm naded last round guess what they already have it back by the half of this round. Honestly any time I face triple hunters now I just bait abilities and don't even look at the radar.

Yep brother, I finally started to get into trials and comp this season and I have nothing but bad memories to show for it. It's just a whole lot when trying to get into pvp especially when solo queue some of the stacks I face just don't miss. abilities are one thing but some times it's the skill gap too. I just keep telling myself I need more time in pvp but it's hard playing for long periods.

Well I hopped on and tried playing some pvp and tried out pve and the seasonal activities and I can honestly say I don’t care if this game dies, the pve is so dry and grindy granted destiny has been a grindy game its whole existence but this is the highest amount of grind ever and for what? PvP is the sweatiest thing I have ever seen even normal crucible is sweaty as hell, pvp is all meta based to the point where it outclasses every other weapon type by a huge margin, I don’t want to use the meta weapons but at this point its pointless to try other weapons. They keep recycling content and putting in the minimum amount of effort to keep people playing, I used to love destiny because they seemed to care about it and care about releasing good fun content. This is not destiny this is bungie trying to hold onto a dying game because for the longest time they have only put in the smallest amount of work, sure this next update seems good but honestly at this point this update is just a band aid a last ditch effort. I know some people will still play but it’s only going to be the most dedicated players, I will try again after the update but based on past I don’t have hope for it

With the amount of players the crucible matches are so unevenly matched you have casual people that don’t want to comp or trials together but then you also have the people with thousands of kills on a single weapon, the most crucible kills I have on a single weapon is 400. It’s not fun going up against a team that is so much better then you every single round, I believe that playing against people that are better then me helps me get better but this is just ridiculous. Every round I played I was at the bottom of the leader board, this game just isn’t fun anymore, every bit of content is meta oriented you used to be able to run what ever you want and you still can but again it’s so outclassed it’s not even funny
