Well done deciphering Willems comments, I couldn’t make head or tail of what they said. From your diplomatic responses I gather this isn’t what they describe as traditional. You specifically said in the first video that these are Not ‘ Truly Authentic’ recipes but rather an individual chefs version and easy method recipes. I don’t know what an authentic recipe actually comprises for this particular dish so I can’t judge in that regard but I do know this recipe looks wonderful. Cheers

Well Willem - its all the right ingredients - IS IT? Curry Ingredients too! But my own opinion after eating Curries for a little while this taste like a cross over of stew and curry. What do you think? Best, Rik
