I love blowing people minds by simply starting with a circle lol . If I try to do any other method my face becomes crap and the person looks unimpressed. This helps out so much thank you!!!!!!

Burak I love this interpretation of the Riley Abstraction. I am very new to this method, having just discovered it a few weeks ago in my search for technical instructions on sketching the human face. What I have learned is that Riley was an instructor and not an author, so artists such as myself learn from other artists. Every artist conceptualizes the Riley Abstraction differently. I LOVE your work in this video in particular as you demonstrate an understanding of rhythms I have not previously been exposed to. Thank you for your work.

it always a pleasure to see someone drawing a beautiful piece of art. it would be nice if I could draw that way but.... I got no talent to draw.

This method puts the ears far higher then they are on the vast majority of faces of real people. Middle of the eye to the middle of the lips is far, far more common.

i am trying to understand how this maps clearly to the human face and i am having some trouble - some of these plumb lines seem made up, is there a simpler way to understand how this model maps to the human face?
