after stamina is broke it regens pretty fast, so not all the time, but it depends on the dmg you're taking at the moment edit: forgot to say, if its stamina broke by a player, if you fly around it don't, it'll regen same as base energy charge

FYI, Zen-oh button increases your damage output by 900%. Its a consumable like a capsule and stays with you till the end of lets say PQ.

every transformation has an impact frame when the transformation gets applied to the character, which you can perfect guard. if you perfect guard the impact frame on ultra instinct, you can stamina break them just like any other transformation

Bit random, but I used a Super Soul that triples the score, and am doing the 'In the Realm of the Gods: Goku' Expert Mission. This allows me to, if I get a Z Rank and don't get hit or very little, gives me 300,000, close to 400,000 score, which allowed me to get to level 110 without much issue (might be 108 in level, but I forgot)

@@Harambe01 It really depends on the build and playstyle of the player. If you want plenty of stamina, that's fine, but then again, it IS a double edged sword. Get stamina broken, which can be done in few different ways, and you will sustain really heavy damage. To put it in perspective. In PvP, if you got stamina broken at 15 bars of stamina, its game over. So, what im saying is, its your choice, but be wary of the big weakness of it.

The best preset I can think of with Ultra Instinct is something quick and versatile in the skill set with a fairly decent super soul. Did you say a Ki Blast Ultra Instinct, right? So I'd recommend something Ki Blast based.
